Summary
Nothing that's good in this life is easy, and walking away from Denji when he needs Reze is an easy way out. Turning back to meet her lover, Reze and Denji now walk a tedious line threaded between their blooming romance and the endless wrath of Makima, the Control Devil.
Through this trivial debut of a relationship, Reze both daydreams what life as a country mouse could mean, and becomes increasingly anxious that she is being watched and that something is bound to go wrong. Denji, on the other hand, is making the first real decision of his life; will he trust Reze and leave everything he's grown to love in pursuit of a life with her? Or does he stay a city mouse and chase the highs of being a hero?

Mega Melons and Mini Tangerines by Mickimomo

Summary
In terms of fruit, Denji had always liked girls with mega melons. It was something about sinking his fingers in and watching them bounce that had his nose dripping with blood. Mega melons were kind of what pulled him to Makima… amongst other things. Power on the other hand had him in a vortex of confusion. Although she had initially tried to fake having mega melons, her genuine reaction had really sparked his curiosity. Maybe mini tangerines were just as good?

Summary
It was almost closing time. She was wiping the table when she heard the bell to the entrance chime. Her back was turned not seeing who the customer was, she forgot to flip the sign board damn it!
She wiped her hands on her apron and turned around.
"I'm sorry but we are about to close. I just forgot to flip--"
She dropped the rag and spray bottle. Her heart stopped, does she even have one? Of course you do, her brain thought. You had fallen for this idiot in front of you.
Not knowing how to react. It can't be,
she thought.
How did he-"Reze..."
As Denji entered the shop, holding a bouquet of flowers. Same as the ones he gave her in that phonebooth thought these ones looked like they got tired from the way here.

Summary
There was sand between her fingers. Under her, all around her. The sky was a pale blue, completely clear. The beach was littered with the freshly healed bodies of three devils, herself included. Denji was sitting with her. Reze didn’t know why. Maybe he had hit his head and given himself a concussion, conveniently forgetting that Reze would and could kill him—had, actually, only a few hours ago.
(or: if waking up at the beach was a little different.)

Summary
Asa now found herself outside the Public Safety office. Totally inconspicuous, sat on a bench just across the road, donning her school uniform with a convenience store melonpan in hand. A normal student being totally normal.
This wasn’t a last resort at all. She certainly didn’t plan on doing this every day after school in hopes that she would, totally by chance, completely naturally see that boy on his way to or from work—whichever she managed to catch him during.
