A coven under contract with the government to rehabilitate and repurpose - if you will - problematic individuals in today's society. The sentence is always for life, and the punishment fits the crime. A karma, giving back a hundredfold.It is not hard to guess who these individuals are, they are the worst of the worst. The rapists, abusers, pedophiles and murderers.
Why not let the justice system take care of these people?
Because for some of them the justice system is simply not enough. Sometimes, the justice system fails due to it's own limitations and the chances of them repeating their crimes is 100%. In these cases our coven of witches steps in and ensures that the worst offenders are never again free to harm anyone while spending the rest of their lives repenting and paying the price for their crimes.
