Summary
When his first task was completed, he went to restock the ice. Walking into the back, Namgyu gathered a bucket of it and hauled it to the station. He dumped the ice into the metal container as usual. This time it felt different. Namgyu slowly raised his gaze from the table to the customer before him. What's this dude's problem? He was just looking at him. Staring even.
“Can I help you?” Namgyu asked in a monotonous voice, quickly looking down at the rye whiskey on the table and the banana vape in his hand. What a god awful combination. In the dark light, Namgyu could make out the vibrant purple of this guy's hair. Seriously, who chooses that? Instinctively, his eyebrows furrowed.
The smoker noticed the change in the bartender's face, but decided to not comment on it. “No.”

Summary

When Thanos suddenly needs tutoring to avoid getting kicked out, Nam-Gyu agrees - mostly out of pity (and maybe curiosity). But the more time they spend together, the harder it gets to keep things simple. Especially after one party, one night, and one stranger who changes everything.
Now Thanos is acting different and Nam-Gyu can’t tell what’s more confusing:
his study partner, or his own feelings.
