Daan’s head reels from the aromachemicals, but he sniffs the fabric like one of Pavlov’s dogs anyway. Waiting in his hotel room for a figure wearing a worn blue button-up and poor man’s sandalwood. Salivating in response to salvation.

It had been really interesting and challenging and he had retained almost none of it at the time, except for this: the idea that a house, or any other thing, could be entirely pulled apart and divided into its individual parts and be effectively unmade, only to be put back together somewhere else. Was the relocated house the same as the original? Or was it something new?
Nicholas breaks up with Euijoo after almost six years together. Euijoo had tried to make himself into a home, built around and for Nicholas, but now, only the broken pieces of their life together remain, scattered on the ground. And amidst the ruins, there's Fuma.
