“What,” he asked into the heavy silence, “is love?”
Several bards called out lines from romantic songs, others made kissing faces and noises, others gyrated heavily with their hips to lewd laughter. The bard upon the stage shook his head, almost as if disappointed.
“Nay, ‘tis none of that. Listen, and listen well, for I will tell you what it is,” he said, his thick voice filling the room to the corners and back, “in this tale. It begins with a Celestial, an Incubus, and a meeting at the lair of the Lich, Ainz al Goön.”

Summary
Dudley Dursley was in shock. He glared at the backs of the heads of the men who were sitting in the front seats of the van. He didn't know why his tantrum wasn't working. He had screamed himself blue, refused to walk with the men in suits when they wanted him to walk, hit his cousin, his mother, the men and been sick on purpose. They had simply put him in the back of the van and put Harry in the seat next to him. They had loaded a few suitcases and then they were off and driving, leaving his house far behind him.
Dudley Dursley doesn't know why, but his entire life is about to change. Magic, adventure, true friendships, and at the center of it all, his own cousin. To survive his danger-prone cousin and their crazy new lives, Dudley must learn that the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.

Summary
Myrtle is a Burrowdowns, like her Father before her, and that means secrets. Such secrets would never allow a hobbit lass’s heart to settle down in the same pleasant routines of her neighbors and friends. Following in the rather large footprints of a Shire legend, she finds the adventure she longed for as she chases all hues of blue sky across the countryside of Middle-Earth. From the Wild Woods on the border of the Shire to the most distant ridges of the high mountains, will she ever find stillness for her heart and peace from her secrets?
This is an exploration fantasy piece of a self-insert Hobbit OC using the setting of Middle-Earth as my sandbox. There will be some distant appearances of the characters that we know and love, and some that we may not love, but it will mostly be original characters.
