“You could come with me?” the vigilante pleaded. “I could be your friend.”
Tommy's mind begged for him to say no. so, he told the vigilante-
“Okay, i'll join you.”
The brunette was ecstatic.

He's frozen and can't help but stare wide eyed at the bin held in his older brother's hands. And when he meets his eyes, he knows he knows.
"Tommy… I… are you..?" Wilbur can't speak through his shock, not knowing the right words to say. It takes a lot to make him speechless but knowing his brother has a rare and deadly disease wrapping around his lungs, it causes him to panic.
Tommy meanwhile takes a step back. His lungs burn, they feel like fire encased it in an inferno. He feels the familiar trickle of a cough and can't stop it as he hackles.
He coughs and retches and he feels something light and fluffy crawl up his throat until it's spat out onto his palms.
White fluff flies from his mouth and falls to the floor. Little seed-like pieces with fluff attached to them mixing in his own blood stains his hands.
Aspen flowers.
The flower that represents fear.
He's scared, Tommy is scared.
Or
Tommy has Hanahaki and is home alone dealing with it until his very drunk brother comes home, looking for cuddles and love.
