   Summary

   Pronounced dead by the United States Navy back in 1986 after a supposedly fatal crash, Pete "Maverick" Mitchell assumed the identity of one, Ethan Hunt, after he was forcefully recruited by the Impossible Mission Force (IMF).

   Ethan had left that life behind. He had left the Navy, the flying and "Pete Mitchell" behind. The last thing Ethan expected was for his old life to find him amidst the chaos in the line of duty as an agent and send his whole world spiralling.
