    Peter always knew he was the odd one out in his family. It wasn't like he didn't try, he did try to be apart of the family just when he was younger and it never worked. He was never able to connect with anyone, at least not the way Harley connected with their dad, or the way Morgan had everyone wrapped around her little finger since the day she was born.

    Peter was just there, in a way he believed that he wasn't important, not to his family anyway. That was what he always believed, at least before he got his powers and became the one and only Spider-man.

    Maybe there was a reason why he was always the odd one out after all.

    Professor Parker doesn’t take attendance, which is good because otherwise he’d have to fail himself. He WILL arrive 15 minutes late with Starbucks, and by 15 minutes I mean half an hour, and by Starbucks I mean a massive bruise on his face. He WILL cancel class for seemingly no reason at all. He WILL keep the most bizarre office hours known to man, so make sure you get your questions in after the lectures.

    That being said: Best. Professor. Ever.

    "There are rules to being a superhero," Natasha tells Peter.

    Most of the rules are common sense. Stay off the fan sites. Don't fall in love with civilians. Don't burn bridges just to toast marshmallows over the flames. And, most importantly, don't go to war with the media.

    It's a pity that common sense isn't one of Peter's virtues.
