The footsteps came to an abrupt halt, and there it was—the intruder standing right in front of him. Tommy's eyes widened in shock. “Wait, Techno?”
His brother's gaze burned into him with an intensity that sent chills down Tommy's spine. Tommy was used to Technoblade's eyes being usually unsettling—brown and devoid of emotion—but now they were far worse. The once warm brown irises were now bloodshot and wide, filled with a manic fury. His crazed eyes locked onto Tommy, watching him like a predator eyeing its prey. Tommy gulped once again, “Um, Tech is… Everything alright? Where’s Wilson? Did he go to the Village again?”
Technoblade remained silent, his gaze piercing into Tommy's eyes. Tommy noticed his brother's hands were trembling, his knuckles white from how tightly he clenched his fists. It was as if he was holding himself back, struggling to restrain something.
Or Techno gained the voices in his head, unfortunately his brother Tommy was there with him.

Technoblade wasn't sure why he had expected Tommy to stay with him, to favor him over Tubbo and L'manburg, to view him as a friend, someone to be trusted, to be content with each other, to spend the afternoon joking around with, to be someone who was more than a blade. More than a weapon whose only purpose was to slice the throat of his enemy. He had wanted Tommy to just stay, to give him the world when he asked to, just like how he did the same for the blonde.
No matter how many times he had gone above and beyond for Tommy,, it seemed like his efforts would always go unnoticed or unappreciated. Tommy was too wrapped up in his own world, too focused on his own struggles and ambitions to see the lengths to which Technoblade had gone to support him
Or: Technoblade love Tommy too much, resulting in a lot of bad thing happenings. Tommy may not notice how much his brother actually value him.

Summary
