Whumptober Day 28 - Matches
Connor knows that entering the currently burning building is dangerous, but if he doesn't, then a six-year-old girl will die. Hank won't let him, even going so far as to hold him back. Connor can't understand why Hank won't let him help when he knows what it's like to lose a child.
Even though he knows it will make Hank mad, it's the right thing to do. Connor goes in to save her.
