Then the drinking started slowly.
Ferran put a cup in Pedri’s hand early and kept replacing it whenever it got low. Sweet drinks at first, then stronger ones. Pedri didn’t notice how fast they were disappearing until the edges of the room went soft and warm and his thoughts started sticking together.
He leaned heavier into Ferran. When Ferran shifted to talk to someone else, Pedri made a small, distressed sound and followed, fingers curling into the fabric at Ferran’s hip.
"Stay." Pedri mumbled against his shoulder, words already starting to blur. "Don’t go. Don’ like when you go."
"I’m right here." Ferran’s voice stayed easy. He fed Pedri another sip from his own cup. "Drink, that's it, good boy."
By the time the party was in full swing Pedri was properly drunk— eyes glassy, cheeks flushed, body pliant and clingy in a way that made Ferran’s expression darken with something more private.
Pedri whined whenever Ferran’s hand left him for more than a few seconds. He kept pressing his face into Ferran’s neck, soft and needy, the bunny ears flopping with every movement.

Ferran sabe perfectamente lo que le pasa con Pedri. Se lo quiere follar. Constantemente.
El problema es que Pedri es su mejor amigo, es hetero y tiene novia.
Así que Ferran decide convencerse de que solo es una atracción física, una maldición que le dio Dios: hacer que el mejor amigo que Ferran jamás había tenido también fuera exactamente el tipo de Ferran. La persona más atractiva que había visto nunca.
Pedri, en cambio, ni siquiera sabe qué coño le está pasando. Su relación empieza a dejar de funcionar entre las sábanas, su cuerpo reacciona de formas que no entiende y, cada vez más, parece necesitar algo que solo encuentra cuando está cerca de Ferran.
Hasta que una noche cruzan una línea.
Y lo peor es que los dos siguen creyendo que lo que sienten, es solo sexual.

Ferran siempre había sido un hombre muy seguro de su fe. Desde muy pequeño le habían enseñado la importancia que tenía tener valores cristianos y vivir una vida correcta bajo los ojos de Dios. Para él siempre había sido muy reconfortante pensar que había alguien ahí arriba que tenía un plan para él y que él sólo se tenía que ceñir a seguir sus normas y ser un buen chico.
Sabía que había cosas que eran pecado. Sabía que había pecados más grandes que otros también pero que siempre que te arrepintieras y te alejaras de la tentación Dios te perdonaría. Todo eso tenía mucho sentido para él y era una cosa que nunca le había costado cumplir, hasta que llegó Pedri.
