Fear of superpowered sticks has long faded into an urban legend, which in turn became an obsession to research amongst some. Technologies began to rapidly develop, straying into the most dangerous path - destruction.
Where the villains appeared, there were people who could stop them though. The city became a self regulating loop and a few waited for an opportunity to break it.Almost all feared the day. Some began to fight against it.
