“Why are you still up?” He says while taking off his blazer and hanging it up on the coat rack.
When she doesn’t reply, Sa-eon sighs. He doesn’t want to argue with her right now. They both are tired. “Go to sleep,” he states softly.
He is only able to take one step forward before Hee-joo stops him by holding his wrist. He turns around questioningly. Still no response.
Hee-joo leads him to the green sofa in their living room with surprising strength. Sa-eon has no option but to follow her. He wouldn’t normally allow this much physical contact with her but his self restraint has run its course. Besides, it’s late and he’s tired. He can allow himself to enjoy the luxury of holding hands with Hee-joo for a few seconds. He realises that he’s become weak lately.
Or: Hee-joo treats Sa-eon's wound after the party.

Summary
I really enjoyed the 2022 Canadian film Stay The Night starring Canadian actors Andrea Bang and Joe Scarpellino. The film is well-acted, looks beautiful and the romance is gorgeous. I didn't want to say goodbye to Carter and Grace so this is set directly after the film ends. If you haven't seen the film, you should! The trailer is here.
