Dev skids into the medbay, instantly taking in the scene in front of him. Wayne is standing next to a gurney, Tim on the other side, and they’re both trying to hold down a screaming Jason Todd, clothed in a pair of black jeans and a simple t-shirt. So not on patrol, then. Bloody hell, he thinks, before quickly tossing his kit down onto a nearby gurney and wordlessly shouldering Wayne out of his way. The other man is tight-lipped and pale, the top half of his suit missing and his left arm cradled awkwardly against his chest.

Minerva fished in her pocket without looking, because the only things allowed in her pockets were only ever exactly what she needed. “I've come to deliver this," she said, pulling out a letter and handing it to Harry, who was cross-legged on the floor, "because our owl post seems to have been unable to get through.”
“And I've come to deliver this," she added, pulling out a second letter, "because Hogwarts by-laws require a professor to hand-deliver acceptance letters to Muggleborn families for their explanation and comfort."

I was actually way off base for a while, ’cause Alec made it sound like he was maybe dating Catwoman and Batman at the same time, and no offense but I was kinda skeptical ’cause I’m pretty sure back in the day he posted that exact fanfic on his LiveJournal—which,’ she adds hastily, ‘if he asks, I definitely haven’t found.’
