“Be quiet. The matter is not up for discussion. You are getting a bodyguard and that’s final!” The leader of the Hinata clan said. He didn’t need to raise his tone for Shouyou to know there was no reasoning with him.
“Yes, father.” Shouyou looked down, bowing his head before storming out of the room.
Fucking unfair. He didn’t need a new bodyguard and quite frankly he didn’t want one. He was tired of having those graceless brutes following him around. He stopped when he noticed someone standing next to his bedroom door. It was a tall man with black hair and dark blue eyes wearing a black suit.

A soft melody reached his ears. Bokuto opened his eyes and searched for the source, but it was nowhere to be seen. The voice was incredible, so relaxing and gentle, setting his soul at ease. He had to find the person signing. He needed more of this voice. He swam along to the tide, desperately searching, until he reached a taller waterfall, about four meters tall. Below, the river got larger and deeper – and quieter. Without a second thought, he stood up and jumped from the waterfall. The water was even colder, but it did nothing to awaken him from his trance.
Unable to resurface, Bokuto noticed that the voice was coming from directly below him, beneath the water. That beautiful voice… calling to him. He dove further in, swimming on and on, deeper into a bottomless lake. The voice got closer as the water grew darker. As his vision blurred, a hand touched his face and a beautiful man appeared before him. His skin was honey with a cool undertone, features soft as a petal. His eyes were dark and deep and Bokuto lost himself in them.**
In which Bokuto encounters a beautiful river creature.

Summary
To say that Hinata was nervous was an understatement. It had been two years since he had last seen Karasuno’s prodigy setter Kageyama Tobio - since graduation. It wasn’t that he hadn’t tried, but rather that after graduation Kageyama had moved to Tokyo, and Hinata to Osaka, so it was nearly impossible to match their schedules and meet.
Thus life had gone on without them meeting, and they moved on. Hinata had almost forgotten about it until he saw Kageyama on the news. His chest flooded with different feelings from the old surge of competitiveness to an ancient longing. Hinata had immediately reached out after that, scheduling a meetup with Kageyama and not taking no for an answer. Now, he wanted to punch his old self.

Kageyama had never understood someone wearing their partner’s clothes. Whenever he watched movies where the girl wore the guy’s shirt he was not amused. It seemed dumb to him. They each had their clothes. Why would she wear his shirt when she had a perfectly good shirt of her own? Also, the guy’s shirt was always too big on her so really, it was pointless. There was also the matter of hygiene. He didn’t know about the movie girls but if Hinata ever wore his shirt he would definitely spill something on it. Kageyama thought it was the most useless thing in the world. That is why he was so shocked when he saw Hinata in his shirt.

Kenma and Akaashi couldn’t care less about costumes but were actually looking forward to the event. The four of them had been dating for the past year - ever since Kenma and Akaashi graduated and they all moved in together. They all got along so well and there was just so much mutual love between them that they settled on a poly relationship.
