Summary
Aizawa got (debatebly) lucky with getting a narcolepsy diagnosis early and intervention and medications and sleep studies and accommodations quickly followed. Aizawa's lived with this body for years, lived with narcolespy for years. He's used to it, it's his normal. Having narcolepsy is just another natural part of his life in the same way that being a pro hero is part of his life, that being a teacher is part of his life, that being a husband is part of his life.
That doesn't mean that sometimes it still doesn't blindside him.

Summary
Ranboo's been through a lot in his short life. The foster system failed him by separating him from his sister, Niki and refusing to help him get an autism diagnosis. Sure, it was worked out eventually with support from the Watson household, but that doesn't erase the trauma that he faced. It's no surprise he's grateful to leave that chapter of his life behind him, now enjoying university and living with his best friends Tommy and Tubbo. In fact, everything seems really well.
And then he sprains his wrist.
