Hongjoong's voice snapped his attention away from the bothersome pins and needles in his fingertips, and he was practically yanked back when the shorter man stopped, Seonghwa needing to steady the cooler so as not to drop it between them.
"Hear what?" Seonghwa turned to find Hongjoong looking over his shoulder at something else.
"There was some shuffling behind us. It sounded weird, maybe large? Maybe what you saw before?"

“No,” He said dryly before grumpily adding, “a cat.”

"Look at me." Says the creature. It's voice layers of many, vibrating. It echos in Hongjoongs brain, dizzying him, numbing him. Lulling him into... Something. It feels like he's floating away, drifting, warm even as the snow hurts against him.
His voice comes out hoarse and scrapped raw out of him. "No." His fingers tremble around his weapon.
The creature moves above him, the sound of trees rustling the only indication. Soft fingers caress his cheek, warm. It makes tears flow faster along Hongjoongs face. "Look at me." It repeats, tone softer somehow, Hongjoong thinks he nearly imagines the tenderness in it. The way a single voice rises slowly above the rest. Smooth as silk, low and airy.
And Hongjoongs been alone for so long.

“I was thinking,” Seonghwa says as he slips the money into his apron. He must look awful, his hair a mess after a six-hour shift at the bar, worn out from exhaustion and lack of sleep. He couldn't be less attractive than he is right now. “I noticed you seem interested, so I figured I'd ask. Would you pay five hundred dollars for a blowjob?”or Seonghwa works at a bar, and Hongjoong is the rich, weird guy who shows up every night. He could very well take advantage of that.
