Summary
Instead of returning to Baker Street after finding Sherlock high in a squat, John and Mary take him straight to Mycroft to deal with his brother's latest relapse.
Sherlock expects the usual cold lecture from his brother. He doesn't expect the fierce, painful boundary Mycroft enforces to ground him, and he certainly doesn't expect to wake up the next morning to find Greg Lestrade invading their private world.
