Summary
The fact that made this infinitely more frustrating for both of them was that they wanted. It wasn’t a hunger for sex. It was instead a hunger for the quiet early morning intimacy that came from waking up curled around someone while you were both half asleep. They were getting better though, through their studied practice at understanding each other and the passage of time.

"When Ronan had first met Gansey he had not quite understood Gansey’s relationship with his parents. He had been mystified at the stress (that Gansey would pretend not to have) when he got news that he was going home for the weekend. To him home was someplace to revel in, something sacred."
Mostly just really short pieces about Gansey being bad at his feelings + gansey's friendship with ronan (and also everyone else). Featuring Gansey figuring out the whole "some people dont live with politicians and have to hide their feelings 24/7". I maintain that Gansey is kinda an emotionally repressed mess and Ronan was the one with a smidge of emotional common sense

Eddie knows who he is. He knows who he is to himself and he knows who he is to other people. He’s a lovable nuisance to his uncle. He’s an easy lay with long enough hair they can pretend he’s close enough to a girl that they can still be straight to some of the jocks. He’s a shepherd for the Hellfire kids (that’s the him he likes the best). And he’s a lazy burnout to anyone who needs to do schoolwork with him. He’s definitely a lazy burnout to Barbara.
Eddie and Barb are assigned to the same group project in 1983.

Summary
Even though Robin insisted that they were platonic with a capital P, Nancy didn’t buy it. Robin and Steve clearly cared about each other, had countless inside jokes and practically spent all their time together. If they weren’t dating then they definitely would be soon. She figured that Robin was downplaying things to not make things uncomfortable with her considering her history with Steve.
Which was nice of Robin to do but it left a bad taste in her mouth that they weren’t upfront about their relationship. She didn’t want them to have to hide for her sake.
Or: 5 times someone thinks Steve and Robin are dating + 1 time someone knows the truth.
