Touching to spot with his own hand, Cora pulled it back to find red smeared on his fingers. He felt about the same nowadays. Pulled thin against skin only to hold an appearance that was slowly wearing away in a storm. Was it even worth it to paint it on anymore when it held a dwindling meaning?
