Summary
It's Potter's fault, of course, that Draco finds himself trapped in the same twenty-four-hour period, repeating itself over and over again. It's been nearly a year since the unpleasant business at Hogwarts, and Draco's getting on with his life quite nicely, thank you, until Harry sodding Potter steps in and ruins it all, just like always. At first, though, the time loop seems liberating. For the first time in his life, he can do anything, say anything, be anything, without consequence. But the more Draco repeats the day, the more he realises the uncomfortable truth: he's falling head over heels for the speccy git. And suddenly, the time loop feels like a trap. For how can he ever get Harry to love him back when time is, quite literally, against him?

This is actually now one of my favourite Drarry fics! It was so well written and the story itself was splendid. I may have a slight obsession with Harry and his whole Parseltongue ability as I have a craving to read fics that feature it. However, I have only seen a handful of them around and even so most of them are one-shots; Being a person who needs fics to be >10k words or series (as this fic is), the struggle with finding works that match the criteria listed in the added tags is nearly impossible. But when fervorous searches heed great results such as "A Sound Like Serpents Singing", I can't help but smile. Truly a beautiful piece of work, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to any Drarry shipper with the love of Parselmouth!Harry.
P.S. I love the inclusion of Draco's disability. As someone who is not visually impaired, nor has any close relatives/friends who are, it was a very interesting aspect to read about, especially in the perspective of someone (Harry) who was not blind. And the incorporation of how Draco deals with his disability is incredible and so well done. Props to the author for that small, but intriguingly elegant detail.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Eventual Smut, Emotional Trauma
This is my favourite Drarry fic of all time, hands down. I first read it on Wattpad (before I knew the author was not from Wattpad and did not want their story there... Sweet Aristophanes what is the POINT of stealing someone else's fic!?) in about 2016, I think. It was one of my first fics that was >100k words and I read it nonstop for about a week. I thought I had lost it due to it being taken down on Wattpad, but now that I have found the REAL source, I am sure to be reading this novel of a fic for years to come.Basically, a miscasted Occlumency spell allows Harry and Draco to have a sort of bond that allows them to read each other's thoughts/feelings. It's so beautiful. All of it: the development of the relationship, the plot, the slow burn, the storytelling, the smut ;) It's by far one of the most well-crafted and most captivating Drarry fics ever. It deserves a place in the Drarry Fic Hall of Fame. I cannot recommend this fic enough; it is truly one of the best fanfics I have ever read, regardless of fandom/ship.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Hateful Outing, Eventual Smut/Heavy Descriptions of Lust (take that how you will!)
Another of my favourite one shot fics! This one includes Pet Owner!Harry and Ministry Worker!Draco which is so adorable. The development of the relationship between these two is superb considering the fic is only ~20k words, and the development of other characters!!! I don't even have words to describe how much I love the supporting characters of this story. They practically come off the page-- they feel like real people/creatures. If you haven't read this fic, I wholly recommend it! I keep coming back to it because it is just that good.

The easy way Malfoy breezed into the arena in an unprofessional attire—grey joggers that outlined far too much, and a white dress shirt open with nothing underneath—which showed off his chest, his sweaty sweaty chest—had Harry sitting up straighter. It wasn't unusual to see Malfoy in such a state of undress, it was a signature move that he refused to change.
Not that Harry wanted him to change.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Lustful Thoughts and Heavy Sexual Tension (No Smut!)
I have never actually read a fic that turned dueling into a sport, but holy Hera... this may be my new favourite trope. Also joggers... I keep reading fics with joggers and I swear it's going to kill me.
Duelist!Draco is utterly hot, and Harry in this fic is so well-written. I also tend not to read sport fics simply because I myself am not a sporty person but I may just need to spend some time exploring the "Duelist!Draco" tag. Besides the overwhelming sexual tension between Harry and Draco, I enjoyed the side characters-- just as much as the actual Drarry content! Randy is hilarious and the way the author gave such vivid descriptions of the other duelists without actually describing them; what I'm trying to say is that I like how we got to know the other characters through their actions rather than through blatant descriptions. This was a cute and steamy one shot that truly was a headcanon EWE fic.
