Summary

This is so far my favourite Hotwings fic of all time. It was so well written, and never have I read such a smooth transition from a young protagonist to an adult. This was such a beautiful fic. I'm on a bit of a Hotwings/DabiHawks kick right now, and I could not put this fic down. It was so incredibly well written and told the story of Dabi and Hawks' relationship and its complications perfectly. I love how realistic the stress Hawks felt about being a traitor not only on paper, but within his mind because of his feelings for Dabi. It was such a lovely fic, and I'm sure to read it again. -

This was my first Hotwings/DabiHawks/Whatever you wanna call it fic... and it could not have been a better read-- even if there wasn't much of that relationship in it! I personally am not into kid fics that much (I'm more into ship stuff), but THIS was so good! I've heard of the "Person X gets turned into a child because of a quirk accident" trope, but never read it. This was a wonderful execution of that prompt and truly solidified some of my personal Dabi/Touya Todoroki headcanons. I absolutely adore and recommend this fic! -

Well, there you have it. My new favourite Drarry fic. This story was woven so meticulously, and the love and care of the author shines through just as bright as Draco and Harry's love for each other. A splendid fic that made me laugh, cringe, and sigh all the same– I recommend it wholeheartedly. Stories like this that keep the charm of the canon characters, yet introduce new faces so seamlessly always hold a soft spot in my heart. I applaud this author for such impeccable attention to detail and story building– bravo! -

This fic was really cute. Cat Cafe AUs give me so much serotonin, no matter the pairing or fandom. But Shinsou in a cat cafe? Perfection. Seems like the kind of place he'd hang out at. And the backstory the author gave Midoriya was really interesting-- and well developed for a ~3k word fic. Well done, and all-in-all, a sweet Shindeku one shot. -

This was very adorable. We love a good singer!Shinsou trope. And the way he confessed his feelings to Mido? Precious. This is a very cute "Playlist" fic and it amazes me how it's my *exact* taste in music-- you love to see it. The writing was also very well-crafted and the atmosphere was so dense. I love fics that make you feel like you're a part of their universe, and this one did so excellently.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Eventual Smut
This is the epitome of drarry. It's a masterpiece if I've ever read one. Some grammatical errors (which I usually despise in fics because I'm picky lmao) but not unreadable– in fact, despite those errors, the fic itself is very well written. The symbolism is also great; I love flower symbolism so much! Basically, curse breaker!Draco is a beautiful trope and this fic executed it perfectly. This piece is basically cb!Draco mixed with fake/pretend relationship trope and the result is BEAUTIFUL. -

TW: Heavy Violence/Near MC Death, NSFW, Eventual Smut (Easy to avoid!)
This... this is the pinnacle of Tododeku. The author writes so in character, and even though the story is all their own, the parallels to the original story flow and melt so easily into it. Basically, it's a Quirkless!Midoriya AU and takes place in a different timeline– Todoroki is about 5 years older than Midoriya and is the #5 top pro hero. Long story short, Midoriya saves his life and they fall in love (awww). This fic has the quality of a published YA romance novel and I could not get enough of it. The build up to the final chapter was elegant and the pacing was excellent– it only was about a month into Midoriya and Todoroki's friendship, but it felt like so much longer with all the character development and relationship building the author did. This truly felt like something out of a fairytale– and I'm so happy I got to partake in it! Please, if you haven't read this already, give it a go– you won't regret it. -

I don't read social media/chat fics, it's just not really my style, but this one was reccomended to me by a friend who absolutley LOVES them, and it turned out to be very good! I enjoyed the story, and although I wish there was more pov sections (sue me :p), the world-building was still very smooth and natural. Very cute and fluffy Tododeku moments :) -

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Eventual smut, Some explicit language
This ficlet is absolutely marvelous. I am a stickler for cafe!drarry and boy oh boy does this fic deliver! The writing is wonderful-- everyone is so in-character and it has such a canon feeling to it. I also really adore the Luna-Neville-Draco friendship triangle, and in this fic, it felt so natural. There was even some Augusta Longbottom and Draco Malfoy interactions, which were a wonderful touch. So many side characters were brought back in this fic, even if for just a second, and it made the whole writing so much more... well, canon. I cannot get enough of this fic and it will definitely be one that I recommend to new Drarry readers.
And also, this fic includes music from the early 2000s! There's even a playlist dedicated to it on Spotify, which made me want to cry when I saw it. I LOVE fics that have fanart/playlists/tumblrs that go along with it. It's so wonderful and the music selection is perfect for the storyline (one of my favourite songs is included-- "Clint Eastwood" by Gorillaz-- and it is SO GOOD, I can't get enough of it).

Shinsou may not be a soothsayer, but he knows that this is not what the future had in store for him. This isn't how his life was supposed to turn out. He isn't supposed to wind up trapped in this small grey room, with the walls closing in on him from all sides, slowly suffocating him with the knowledge that he'll never become a hero. Not like this.
And he definitely isn't supposed to end up with this annoying freckled visitor, who keeps telling him not to give up.
