And then Suguru kisses him.

He thinks about how, if he’s being honest, it’s been a while, and about how this man is very hot and apparently very into him. He considers his alternative plan for the night, which was watching funny dog videos.
He comes to a decision—the dog videos aren’t going anywhere, after all.

Suddenly, there was another voice in her ear. It sounded kinda far away and muted, obviously not meant to be heard, but clear enough in her overpriced phone’s speaker.
“Oh, you’re on the phone. Sorry dude, just came to tell you I’m headed out to meet Miya at the park. You can meet us there when you’re done, if you want?”
Then, the little shit, Langa, full volume, not even caring a little bit that she was still on the phone with him: “No! Wait, I’m done here, it was just a salesperson, it doesn’t matter. Reki, wait for me!”
And then he hung up. On her. Again.
And he called her a salesperson?

Summary

But the people spoke of Sukuna in this era with utter terror. There was no air of triumph like in the modern day. Sukuna hadn’t been sealed yet, and the world knew him as the unbeatable, invincible King of Curses. He wasn’t the Sukuna that Megumi knew.
