or in other words when A-list Actress Chae Songhwa accepted a movie offer from Director Ahn and Writer Jang, she did not expect it to come with two surprises; Lee Ikjun, her leading co-star who used to be a friend, and the arrangement of having to be in a pretend relationship with him just to promote their movie together.

Or in other words; Ikjun and Songhwa are confident they would be able to keep their relationship a secret until one simple, accidental exchange of their ID cards exposes their secret to the entire Yulje Hospital.
