“I just needed a minute to sit here,” Tubbo assures Ranboo. And he does mean it. He’s fine. Maybe it’s a cold, maybe a little sniffle and a headache, maybe he suffers his way through the rest of this report and then passes out under his desk. It wouldn’t be the first time.
He means it, except that when he finally pries himself out of his chair and stands up to walk Ranboo to the door, the floorboards have the audacity to crumble beneath his feet.

Tubbo buys a haunted house. Well, a haunted mansion to be precise-- and the ghost of the former owner slowly falls in love with him. But as far as Tubbo's concerned, he's fixing up a fixer-upper and is just weirdly lucky. He finds things easily. The fireplace never seems to go out. So he's just lucky-- Until, of course, the now-enamored ghost decides to show its presence.
From our POV, we know Tubbo's being haunted. But Tubbo doesn't know yet. He's in for a surprise!
