Sakura is obviously an elven princess sent by Santa to the father and son duo. Shisui will just explain that very obvious fact to Kakashi and Itachi when they dare to question whether Santa is real or not.

"...screw you, brat. My mind is still fuzzy from all those memories that jogged through my brain...and I'm still Yui...Sukuna is a thing of the past. This is my redemption, after all."
