I have made a mistake. Without going too deeply into the details, as I do not want this mistake to go viral or get out among people I know, I can say here: my best friends are getting married in less than three weeks, and their guest list has mistakenly listed me as bringing a plus one.

Ashai rested his chin on his hand, “I have seen him whisper something to Tsukishima before Tsukishima makes one of his comments,”
“So Tsukishima only makes comments so his friend will laugh. The same friend who is making half of the jokes,” Suga said slowly.
Kyioko made a noise, not quite a hum but something that sounded like ‘you’re missing something’

Yamaguchi looked up at Tsukishima, stunned. He could read between the lines. “Oh?”
“I think you’re my soulmate.”
“I think you’re my soulmate, too, Tsukki.”

Words are Kei's specialty, and each syllable holds meaning in his letters, in his speeches. Yamaguchi spits out words belonging in declarations of love and expects things to move about as if the cadence in which he said anything for you isn't threatening to crush Kei into royal pulp on the fancy tapestry beneath his feet. But who is he kidding, this is Yachi, of course she’s going to worry. “First of all, I’m his best friend, I’m allowed to admire him! And second, I was drunk when I told you that! In confidence, I might add!”
“Well, what happens when you fall in love with him for real?”
Yamaguchi stops breathing for a second. Oh, yeah. That would be an issue.
