Summary
Cliff Marleau doesn't know what the fuck happened between Rozy and Montreal Jane a month ago, but if Rozanov doesn't let up on all this extra conditioning he's going to lose a rookie.
Rozanov has been miserable ever since the last time they played Montreal, and Marleau's smart enough to put two and two together. This reeks of girlfriend trouble.
Or of "not quite girlfriend" trouble, as the case may be.
Whatever his Captain did, Marleau takes it up on himself to tell Montreal Jane just how sorry Ilya is, and beg for forgiveness on his behalf.
**
Set post-tuna melt, but pre-All Stars.
Now ft. Ilya's reaction, and Marleau's reaction to finding out who the mysterious Jane was this whole time (part 3).

Summary
“Are we…” Ilya looked around the room again.
“Married? Yes.” Shane answered. Ilya went a bit wide eyed at that admission and gulped.
“I married Shane Hollander?” He pointed to his own chest and said the fact as though he didn’t believe it. “You?” He pointed to Shane.
Shane smirked, “Yeah, years ago now. If that’s okay with you.”~
A look into the future of married hockey legends Ilya and Shane in retirement over the course of one week. Shane navigating and dealing with the unpredictability that is Ilya's brain issues and how love (and future medical advances) may conquer all.

Shane Hollander refuses to show up to Rose Landry’s wedding alone after having his heart broken by the man-of-honour.
Enter Ilya Rozanov, charming date-for-hire and possibly the hottest man Shane has ever seen. Shane needs him to play the perfect boyfriend for just one weekend.
Trouble is, Ilya may be a little too good at the job.
or: Ilya is worth every cent but won’t accept any money and Shane is about to become the biggest cliché of all time (who falls for the guy they hired to be their boyfriend?).
