Summary
A few things started to change in SEKAI after Rui and Tsukasa started dating.
When Rui first visited a few days after they got together, he noticed a faint rainbow far in the distance, beyond the trains in the sky. The plushies also started treating him differently: a bit clingier, they’d crowd around Rui whenever he was alone asking what he was up to. The plushies would mostly act normal around Rui whenever they entered as a group, however.
The rainbow stayed, initially. Then Emu-kun pointed it out excitedly, Tsukasa had seemed to pale a bit, but laughed it off and said new changes were always welcome as it meant personal growth.
The next day the group entered SEKAI together, the rainbow was gone.
After Rui and Tsukasa start dating, Rui notices some less favourable changes to SEKAI. Rui tries to find a way to comfort Tsukasa through his new feelings, whilst the two of them work on a new robot together that Rui is struggling with.

As a member of the Disciplinary Committee, Tsukasa heavily disapproved of such impudent actions! Yes, it was a day of celebration for the wonderful magic of love, but that doesn’t mean they could all act so brazenly!
So why was he in the courtyard holding a love letter in his hands?
Tsukasa would like to ask that himself.
Tsukasa comes to school with a love letter that he regrets writing. Before he manages to discard it, Rui somehow gets a hold of it and accidentally reads the name of the recipient.
