He walked over, set the grilled cheese on a plate, then slid it in front of Christopher with a smile. "Go on."

I slept with Tommy because I was lonely and missing you. And he called you competition, implying I was in love with you, and when I went to Maddie, she basically agreed with him.
Yeah, definitely can’t say that.
Or, a FaceTime call between Buck and Eddie that takes place immediately after Eddie's scene with Christopher at the end of Disconnected. Feelings are revealed and Buck, being Buck, panics.

Summary
"How bad?" He asked after a few moments, voice hoarse and scratchy from the crying. Yet he refused to pull away from Buck, leaning heavier against him, soaking up his comfort even if he felt he didn't deserve it.
"He's angry. And confused." Buck started softly, brushing away the tears on Eddie's cheeks with the pad of his thumb. "I can't say I blame him... Chris told me he needs space-" The pained little whimper that escapes from the back of Eddie's throat cuts Buck off for a moment before he's leaning his forehead against Eddie's. "He needs space to process what happened. He's going to stay with me, okay? He'll be with me at the loft until you both can heal from this..."
Or: Buck doesn't let the little family he's built fracture apart, even if that means he has to take care of everything to make it right again.
