Zhongli is coerced into moonlighting at the Pearl Galley; it's amazing what a few well-timed clicks of a kamera could do. Rouran has connections in every corner, and even a god cannot be everywhere at once.So he stays where he is certain he can protect everything. In six thousand years of life, he had certainly seen worse. He had seen worse. He was handling it.

Offering insane amounts of money to gambling addicts - where did he expect to find repayment?
