“Roz! You saw Hollander out there?” Hayes asked. Stupid question. Ilya thought. Of course he saw Shane out there, it was hard to miss. Especially with the number 81 and his last name on his back. Shane didn’t tell Ilya he was doing this, he wondered if that was the point.
“Yes.” Ilya responded. He tried to keep his response as short as possible, not wanting to accidentally say anything he shouldn’t.
