Summary

Though they've left all the cursed artefacts and god-battles in their past, it was only a matter of time before trouble would find them again. This time, the trouble comes in the form of Mokuba's lab partner at ESU: one brilliant, scatter-brained, good-hearted disaster of a human being named Peter Parker. August never found Emma and she and Neal were able to use the money from the watches to go to Tallahassee to start a new life together. A life in which they raised their child as a family.
A life in which Regina adopted a random baby from the supposed land without magic, in which Daniel Mills is just a lonely young boy, but with the help of a new friend he begins to realize that there is real magic all around him.

Summary
When Loid adopted Anya and they became the Forgers, he made sure that the families with the surnames Williams, Levski, Klein, and Roche that were most likely to adopt were either no longer in Berlint or at least lived in or worked on the other side of the city. For the ones that were too close for his liking, he made sure to keep Anya away from any neighborhoods or establishments that would increase the chance of a run-in. In a city of almost 1.3 million people, there was a very small chance that the Forgers would run into any of them by happenstance. It was such a small chance that Loid had discounted the possibility after doing the math.
Perhaps that chance hadn’t been small enough.

Loid Forger buys books on what normal civilian women are like and realizes Yor isn't as normal as he thought.
