Jeno’s breath hitches. 'You would let me come with you?' It seems like an impossibly huge leap of faith for Jaemin – Jeno isn’t sure he’s earned it, especially considering the fact that he’s currently holding Jaemin at gunpoint.

'So am I,' Jaemin says, sobering up. 'You’ve had plenty of chances to carry out your mission. You could’ve shot me the second I let you have your gun back. You could shoot me right now.' He cocks his head. 'So, why haven’t you done it?'”
