going vaguely insane over this authors ocs
i know this will probably never update again but i enjoyed reis personality very much. his struggles are understandable for the situations hes in, and i also liked how he remembers drew in his quiet way through jewelry
also the way naomasa haunts the narrative. oh my god... seeing the name "kuma-sensei" made me FLINCH. i know its nao but it still hurt. the way that traces of nao is everywhere just... hurts, honestly, because rei doesnt even know him (the one conversation does not count) and people use rei as a way to send their love to our dear dead friend nao but its unfair to rei because he should be receiving the love thats just for him and not for anyone else!! nao nao nao i love you
let me be honest here: i have zero knowledge about this fandom, and i read it in a way someone would read an original work, so i cant really say anything about the other characters, but it was super entertaining and so much of this fic was a fever dream in a /positve way. yet the negative parts of rei's life is also kept and the danger is still acknowledge and its just soooo good
anyways 100/10, i recommend
