Shouto’s never been on a boat before. It isn’t something he’d ever registered as being strange. People don’t talk about boats all that much unless they’re at the beach or some other body of water, so it’s never come up in conversation with any of his friends at UA. It isn’t until class 2A is on the way to an island training camp that it’s brought up for the first time, and Shouto’s thrown into a very new, very unpleasant experience.
Or: Shouto’s first time on a boat goes very badly when he ends up terribly seasick.

Things used to be great between Jing Yuan and Yingxing. It changed after Dan Feng came. Jing Yuan could feel Yingxing slowly getting further away from him. One day, he figured: it wasn’t that Yingxing was getting further away from him, it was that Dan Feng was taking Yingxing away from him. It hurt Jing Yuan but he could only watch the two from afar.
When Jing Yuan learned about Dan Feng and Yingxing’s relationship, he couldn’t be happy for them.
Jing Yuan asked himself why. Why did it have to be Dan Feng? It’s not fair. He came into Yingxing’s life before Dan Feng did, he grew up with Yingxing, he loved Yingxing first. At one point, he started blaming himself. Maybe had he been nicer to Yingxing, had he been honest with his feelings, had he been faster, Yingxing would choose him. Dan Feng beat him to it because he didn’t try hard enough. Despite the regrets, he guessed he deserved it.
