Without another word, Dream spun around and walked away. His white sneakers made no sound against the damp, newly watered grass as he took step after step, putting more distance between him and George.

A broken, raspy voice calling out in the dark.

Dream meets George an early morning in May in the middle of cherry blossom season. At the time, they're both five years old - both too unaware and naive to understand the world around them.
