Summary
Lucifer truly cannot remember that last time he took care of his wings. Before he was cast out of heaven, they would’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Now they’re just a mess. Though it’s hard to see the filth and singed feathers from afar, and in action it’s hard to notice anyways. He’s always ashamed of how much he let himself go.
He would’ve been disgusted by himself before. Now, he can’t even find the energy to even try and pluck the loose feathers out. It’s painful anyways, he always tugs to hard. His wings are sort of like a bird in a way; the feathers follicles are rich in blood vessels and nerve endings. Plucking one out forcibly which he often ends up doing when running out of what already little patience he has, it results with damage around the skin or even the follicle.
(Lucifer is having a hard time while still recovering from the whole battle with Vox days later, Alastor decides to be generous and helps him out with his wings)

Summary
What a shitty night.
Angel couldn’t wake to get back to the trashy hotel, kick his feet back in his room and snuggle up to Fat Nuggets. After a long night of dealing with Val’s bullshit. Again. He’s exhausted. His heart, if it’s even still beating given he’s in hell, feels heavy in his chest like a ton of chains is tugging it down. It always feels the same. This cold empty feeling.
It’s always the same after those ruthless nights, his throat ached at the disgusting memory. It’s better to put on a mask, it’s safer that way. Everyone doesn’t need to know what goes on behind closed doors, it’ll just make everything worse. Like it did when Charlie, bless her heart, tried to step in and help. Honestly. Angel appreciated it, he truly did. But; it only got worse in the end.
(In other words- Angel is feeling down in the dumbs again, per usual. He feels like a cuddle with a certain grumpy kitty cat will help solve his problems.)

Sulking in the corner of the hallway near the main bar wasn’t how he planned this night to go. Luckily for him, he was alone currently with such Kurogiri being around. Something didn’t go his way, again. Sensei was disappointed, again. It’s not fair! Those petty heroes always screw everything up, all might and those brats at UA. Pfft, it’s amusing how they let children fight in their battles. It’s been grinding on his nerves for a long while now.
Sensei always comforts him about it in his own way. He always tells him to get up and try again, Tomura knows he’s being reassuring but it’s hard to not miss the disappointed tone in his voice of his. Even through the shitty monitor screen. It’s pissing him off.
(Or- Shigaraki is having a mental breakdown over a failed attempt at kidnapping one of the UA students and Dabi comforts him about it in his own little way.)

Summary
Alastor had hated him. The duck that sat on the corner of his dresser. A gift from Lucifer, no doubt. Some white elephant gift exchange Charlie had put on and insisted far too much effort from him for.
It seems Lucifer put in quite a bit of effort, too. He modelled it after Alastor, himself. Not that it was free of flaws (the King certainly wouldn’t be able to manage that), but no one had ever put this much detail into a gift for him before. It seems Lucifer’s stolen glances over the past month were merely to give him an artistic edge.

"Enough! Make it stop!" Alastor's heart was doing that thing where it beat too fast and felt like it was doing somersaults. He couldn't breathe quite right and Lucifer was just giving him a look of dopey confusion, as if that wasn't the plan.
He reached up, tiny, tiny, fragile hands moving to touch Alastor's face, but stopping inches short, "...Are you alright, big guy? You're actually kind of worrying me."
His eyes were wide, eyebrows pinched.
Fear.
He was scared.
And Alastor wasn't falling for it.
He wanted to sink his teeth into that pale flesh, stain every surface gold.
He wanted to cradle him close and never let him go.
