All Makoto Naegi wants is to go home and have some special alone time after a long day. Does that wish happen though? Of course not. Instead, the brunette finds the core of all his recent desires all alone in the school library after a string of seemingly bad luck. When Okarun first lost his balls, at first, he just thought he would still have his dick, just without the balls. However, instead, his whole genital was replaced with a female one.
He was planning to tell his friends about it, but that might seem weird (or it is weird) so, he kept this secret of his genital change to himself. (That meant that everyone was aware that his balls were lost, but they don't know about the 'kitty' situation.) Until, he starts to feel something new, a weird urge that happens whenever he's close to Jiji, or even glancing at him. It felt weird, he thought he was a pervert, and he shouldn't think this way. This feeling started to become unbearable, so Okarun attempted to fix it himself.
But, that ended up taking a turn.
