He feels dazed, barely registering Anon throwing a trident at one of the rangers trying to approach them. The rain mixes with tears and they fall down his face as one, but he doesn't even notice he’s crying, too busy thinking to himself that this is it. Anon might be gone after this. For good.
“Come back anyways.” Jaden begs him through the tears staining his face, “Please, come back.”
Anon scoffs sadly, his voice weak, “Sure man, I just don't think you’ll want me around if I do.”

His voice grated against his vocal cords as he strained to keep his throat still, fearing the katana’s sharp edge. “Well? Get it over with. Claim your kill, your team needs you on point.”
Katana stared at him for a few moments more, the rope only tightening. Hyperlaser bit back a grunt, feeling it squeeze his muscles like a boa constrictor.
Predator and prey. Hunter and hunted. And he knew that Katana was the type to play with his meals.

Hyperlaser finds that he’s a little too fascinated with Katana’s rope, and things start to go a bit downhill.

Summary
“You shouldn’t sneak up on others like that,” he said, in his usual cold tone.
Despite most of his face covered by the black fedora, he had a smirk on his face, an unreadable one for sure. iTrapped, however, frowned, not seeing ‘fun’ in this situation. Suddenly, the owl hottings stopped, and the music somehow grew quieter despite playing in full blast.
Like it was just iTrapped and him right now.
