The SID has been called in for a Dixing-powered theft at the botanical gardens. In a bid to lose the pursuers, the thief throws himself into the forest. As he rounds a bush, a dark figure appears before him. He skids to a stop. The appearance is wearing a cloak and a black mask, and the crook starts to sweat nervously. He didn’t expect the Black Cloak Envoy to show up and apprehend him!
He also didn’t expect him to be so small.
