On the night of their last Rave’n, Larissa Weems and Morticia Frump shared a moment none of them could understand. A feeling blossomed amongst them, filling every corner of the Nevermore dorm they shared. It was the purest, most beautiful thing they had ever experienced, but an inconvenient guest interrupted what could have been the most mesmerizing of love stories.
Thirty years have passed. Weems is dead, and Morticia decided to pay their old Ophelia Hall room one last visit. There, she finds Larissa’s old diary, with a love letter addressed to her, making all the feelings she had sworn were merely part of a fever dream come back to her as if not one single day had passed since that night.
If Morticia, in an unexpected turn of events, found out Larissa was actually alive, and started having visions of their life together had she chosen the metamorph over Gomez, would she be able to keep her old feelings to herself? Being Nevermore’s newest teacher, the best thing she could do was keep her distance from Larissa.

She made a sharp cutting motion with her hand and a gash opened on my cheek. Blood trickled down, hot and wet. “Guard your tongue.”
I’d much rather you guard my tongue. Bad thing to say out loud. The previous comment had already been a rare slipup. I was quiet because I didn’t like to talk to people, yes, but also because I was too sassy for my own good sometimes.
Ravenna took a deep breath and I could watch how she settled her temper. “Now, you will come with me”-
“No.”
“No?”
“No. As I said your majesty. I’m not joining the feast tonight.”
“And if I invited you somewhere else?”
I considered her. “I’m listening.”
