He and Sukuna aren’t committed. Aren’t friends. They haven’t even gone all the way in the bedroom department. Static fills his head, cotton stuffing his ears until it shuts off and he realizes it was just Sukuna washing his hands. Fucking hell, the only time they really see each other is when Satotu gets the itch or running into each other at a bar. It shouldn’t be affecting him so much, but this? This would tie them together, more permanently than any wedding band could.
This is a claim.
Alternatively: Satoru gets really horny when he gets tattooed. Everyone benefits (probably).
