Summary
Tim has always been small, the runt of the litter so to speak.
So, it’s a little surprising to know that he spends his nights jumping across Gotham’s rooftops.
That’s not to say that he’s very good at it.
When he comes to school, injured, Jason can’t help himself.
The kid is obviously hurting.
Besides, sometimes it’s easier to kidnap a baby brother instead of asking your dad for a new one.
OR
The story of how Tim lost his camera but found a home.
He might not have adult supervision but he’s got Janet’s brains and Jack’s money and more audacity than the two of them combined.
So maybe following Batman and Robin at night was a bit overkill, but hey, he’s an overachiever. Sometimes, he just can’t help himself.

Summary
Waking up in what had been clearly one of the Riddler’s lairs with a pair of tiny, way too bright children had not been in Jason's plans for the evening.
Speaking of…
“Hey look! I think I see something over that way!” Timothy Drake, rich kid with appallingly underdeveloped sense of danger called out, stepping towards a fork in the maze as if they weren’t in the middle of being held hostage by a crazy person.
At least the second one had seemed normal. Mostly. Duke Thomas was a Narrows kid, which automatically made him significantly more trustworthy in Jason’s eyes. He wouldn’t have survived in that neighbourhood without possessing some amount of common sense. Or so he’d thought. Because the kid was way too quick to follow in Timmy’s hare-brained schemes.
If this was how Bruce felt all the time with Dick and him, Jason was never having kids.
