The elevator stops. A few people get off. Even more get on.
Choso leans closer, bicep straining to give Yuuji space when a ripple goes through the group of people and they all step back to make room for the new arrivals. Choso’s thigh gets dangerously close to Yuuji’s crotch again, and he glances down at it with his breath in his throat.
When their eyes meet again, Choso’s are unprecedently dark.

Arthur knows what to expect since the moment Merlin doesn’t respond to his usual lunch break text. He wraps things up faster that day and leaves the office at least an hour early.
