Summary
AU set in 1894. Afraid of their relationship being discovered in a time when others will keep them apart, the young Dr. Trunks Briefs and his husband (as far as he is concerned) run away together. They find a small village looking for a physician, but they can never forget that their relationship is illegal. There are those in the village who would kill them if they knew, and some who hate them for other reasons entirely. They will have to earn their place in their new community, and keep their love a secret in the process.
