007n7 couldn't really point to a specific moment that led to this outcome. Didn't think he could if he tried.
"How did you sleep?" Elliot asked.
"I slept," 007n7 replied, shrugging one-shouldered. It was the truth, but Elliot knew by now what the underlying meaning was. 007n7 had slept, but not long and not well.
"Make sure to take it easy today," Elliot instructed, stern but laced with compassion. "Don't let C00lkidd run you ragged. He's old enough to understand boundaries. You just have to enforce them."
...
Or, a look into a trio of survivors' lives after the death matches, and what sort of world they've built for themselves since their escape.

Summary
Jaskier always asks to stop whenever they reach meadows, to cut as many flowers as he can manage. He usually aims for white heather and feverfew, and Geralt usually ends up with some threaded through his hair. He assumes at first it’s just Jaskier’s restless fingers and part of his campaign to change Geralt’s image. It takes him nearly three years, and a fight with a higher vampire, to realise there's more to it than that.

"I can’t talk to you during the day, but it seems I’m able to while you sleep.” Mipha explains, “We’re connected, now that I’ve given you my power.” He doesn’t respond, too shocked to formulate words, so she continues, “I tried to stimulate your memories by thinking about my own, did it work? I was aiming for the first time we met.”
*
“Mipha has been triggering some memories in my dreams, and I was hoping you could too? We didn’t know each other as long, I don’t think, but I’m sure we have some.” He looks up at Revali hopefully, but all emotions have vanished from his features.
“You… don’t remember me at all?” Revali asks, searching Link’s eyes, and he sounds almost desperate.
*
“Did it trigger a memory?” Teba asks, and Link nods numbly. “If I may ask,” He sounds hesitant, which doesn’t bode well, “In the memory, what color was the bead the champion placed in your hair when he braided it?” Link isn’t sure why that would matter, but he gives the information anyway. “Purple… you say.” Teba’s face is one of someone whose world has been turned on its axis.
“It would seem the stories the Rito passed down over the ages of our champion leave out an… important detail.” He manages finally.- Language:

“Yes,” All for One agreed. “This will be the final resting place of All Might.”
“You,” Midoriya Izuku said and paused, thinking over the words. He sounded taken aback. “You want me to help fight All Might.”
“Of course,” All for One nodded along. “I can offer you double of whatever my counterpart is paying you currently, along with anything your little heart could desire. Of course, you would get to help out drastically—"
“Did you happen to check what world you were pulling me out of when you did this?” Midoriya Izuku interrupted and it was said in such an incredulous tone that had the situation not been as critical as it was, All Might would have laughed.
Also known as: number one hero Deku has been through a lot of things, but being thrust into an alternate reality where he’s All for One’s Successor is a first. He has to navigate this world when his alternate self is a villain who's dead-set on killing him and this version of class 1-A. In a mirror world that's cold and frozen in time, always changing yet always the same, Midoriya Izuku devotes much of his time to prying secrets from its wavering, ghostly maw.
In other words - what's a friendless, quirkless kid to do but run experiments? There's no one else to do it, no one who would believe what he lives and breathes every day, so why not take full advantage?

There’s something off with All Might.
Ever since that fateful fight with All for One - or rather…no, maybe a few days before that? He’d shown up to work one day, looking disoriented, almost lost, and when he’d laid eyes on Sir, a small, choked little sob had escaped him, and he’d swept his sidekick into a crushing hug.
