Kie doesn’t bother responding. She can tell he’s winding up for the pitch – the reason he’s come here tonight.
“Bet you thought no one knew the truth about what happened last year at her birthday party,” he says. “I mean, I know the rumor went around that you were the one who busted the party. But that was just some bullshit Sarah said because of whatever was going on with you two.”
Rafe pauses, smirking like he can see the thoughts spinning in her mind before he speaks again.
"Nobody but me knows it's actually true."

Summary
Harley Quinn and Joker have captured Jason Todd, spending their time torturing him while Batman thinks he's dead. Jason, certain he's been abandoned by the Dark Knight, vows to take revenge on all of them. Yet, he's still trying to right a wrong: Harley's abuse at the hands of Joker.
