Summary
Tengen enjoys a night around a campfire and under the sakura trees with his wives and the newest addition to their loving relationship—Akaza. And maybe Tengen gets to understand how Hinatsuru felt when he picked a petal from her hair, as he suddenly finds himself in the same position, blushing as Akaza does the same for him under the moonlight.
Tengen turns to find Akaza in his personal space, leaning up. He thinks for a wild second that Akaza is just going to straight up kiss him, right then and there in front of the campfire, the moon, the gods and his beautiful wives, and then he feels fingers brush through the bangs on his blind side, softly brushing through loose hair. The hand in his hair is gentle as it combs through white strands.
"There was a sakura petal tangled in your hair," Akaza says quietly with a tender smile, holding the petal up to show Tengen. Tengen just stares at it dumbly, his face flaring up with heat as his heart beats erratically.
His wives all break out into wild laughter and Tengen covers his face with his hands.

"But you're the most human person I've ever met," he says. "It's the most human thing I've ever seen, saving your enemy's life from certain death. Befriending all those people who have tried to kill you."
"I think you're mistaking stupidity for humanity."
"I think being stupid is inherently human," Grimmjow counters.
"Doesn't discount you then, after all," Ichigo quips in reply, grinning. He gets a half-hearted punch in the shoulder from Grimmjow in response.

It seems like a straightforward disagreement—open and shut—so why is it that Kuroo suddenly feels bothered by every short-haired girl Yaku talks to? Why does Yaku find himself glaring at every long-haired girl that approaches Kuroo?

Dick sees it, every time, sees how his little brother chooses acceptance into their family over his own safety and mental health, because he isn't sure if he would have their love if he chose himself first instead. And looking at Bruce, at the way he clasps Jay's bruised and bandaged shoulder with his born confidence like he truly believes this is the last time the Joker will get the drop on any of them, Dick can’t say that he is sure himself.
Dick is beginning to hate that fatherly shoulder clasp. Just a little.
Dick sits at Jason's bedside and does some contemplating.

Summary
Yaku's ankles are quite steady on either side of Kuroo's foot, as Kuroo stretches. There's so much banked power in Yaku's smaller stature, and Kuroo always manages to realize this in the smallest of Yaku's movements, in the sureness of his body. It's only Yaku's ankles, and it's only Kuroo's foot, but somehow Kuroo manages to feel enveloped and secure.
Damn, but even Yaku's ankles are athletic as fuck.
Kuroo needs to stretch out his lower back. Yaku helps, and Kuroo pines.

Summary
Morisuke is much smaller than his boyfriend, but when Kuroo tells him he wishes he could wear Morisuke's Nekoma team jacket like a boyfriend jacket, Morisuke decides to ditch his size small for a new extra-large team jacket that Kuroo can steal and wear.
Even after high school, when he starts to play professionally, Morisuke continues to buy his team jackets in size extra-large so Tetsurou can continue wearing his boyfriend's jackets. They're cute like that.
(Starts in first year high school and follows them past the Olympics.)

"That's why I’m here, fuckface," Grimmjow replies. "The. The purring. Helps. With being sick." He's scowling so hard while he says this that Ichigo grins on automatic.
Ichigo is missing his first sparring session with Grimmjow for the first time since they started, because he's sick. Lucky for him, Grimmjow shows up to flop on top of him in his resurrección and starts purring because he says it helps. He doesn't look happy about it, but Ichigo will take what he can get.

She thinks the party would agree, and then she actually brings it up one day, and she finds out that she was wrong. She also finds out that maybe the brother she loves is still in there somewhere.

She victim blames Billy to cope with both the existence of abuse in her household and the fact that her brother hates her now. Sibling relationships under an authoritarian, abusive parent are difficult and complicated.)

He glares a hole at the wall across the way and finishes by musing more than stating, "Sometimes I wonder if I just imagined it."

"We should practice," he hears himself say, which. He one hundred percent didn't mean to say that—was he even thinking it? But it was out there, and Yaku was looking at him like a deer in headlights.
"What?"
"Maybe you're right and I'll be able to kiss Mitsuki-chan if I've got practice," he says, hoping against hope it doesn't look like he's making this up as he goes along, "and you just said you haven't kissed anyone. Sounds like a problem that can solve itself."
Yaku furrows his brows and absentmindedly presses a finger to his lips as he thinks. Tetsurou tries not to fixate on it. "I want to call this a stupid idea but I can't actually give you a reason why it would be," Yaku says, slowly, reluctantly.
Tetsurou tries not to perk up too much, flicks his gaze back up to Yaku's big brown eyes. "Wanna try?"

Hawks tries to make his way over to where the sketchy guy in the top hat is inching closer to one of the castle entrances, when he suddenly find his way blocked by a man with burn scars and black spiky hair.
"Excuse me," Hawks says, trying to keep the annoyance out of his voice.
"Excuse me," the guy replies, voice deep and scratchy, "but I have to dance with you right this second." Despite his insistence, he seems to be looking behind Hawks instead of at him.
"You gonna look at my face at all while you ask me to dance?" Hawks asks, putting levity into his voice.
He watches Burn Scars's expression turn the slightest bit irritated, and then his mouth smooths into a smirk as his blue, blue eyes finally look right into Hawks's.
And then, interestingly, his smirk falters. "Oh shit."
Hawks, Commander of the Royal Guard, is keeping watch over Prince Shouto's birthday ball when he spots a bunch of people acting sketchy amongst the crowd. Before he can do anything about it, he finds himself dancing with one of them.

Kuroo is taking the elevator down to the lobby of his apartment, minding his own business as he holds half a watermelon like a bowl and eats out of it with a spoon (the superior way to eat a watermelon when you're by yourself), when the elevator stops at a floor that's not his and opens up right in the middle of an argument between a terrifying brown-haired short man and some tall guy named Lev. Somehow, Kuroo's watermelon ends up a casualty of this argument.
