“Vi.” Caitlyn’s impossibly-gentle hands brush away her tears, and her impossibly-gentle voice leaves bruises under Vi’s eyes where she usually presses the heels of her hands to keep from crying when she feels the barely-repressed need. “Vi, hey, it’s alright, we’ll figure it out, we’ll–”
And then Vi realizes that, worse than crying, she’s apologizing. Her arms are wrapped around her body, right hand clasping left shoulder, left arm hugging her torso, and she’s bent over on the curb and she’s saying I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry I’msorryI’msorry
OR in the aftermath of the explosion Jinx caused, Vi grapples with the brutality of being a sister.

Summary
The hockey arena is loud, cold, and Carmilla hates it from her perch working the arena's concession stand. She hates it a little less when a new hockey team books ice time and she gets the opportunity to start tormenting Captain Laura Hollis. Laura wants nothing more than a cookie from the stand but Carmilla refuses to sell her one.
